The Global Wire is a digital news destination with category navigation, a ticker-style headline rail, hero feature story, multi-column category hubs, trending sidebar, newsletter signup, advertising CTA, and rich footer navigation. Article cards mix imagery, category chips, read times, and author bylines to mimic major editorial networks.

The Challenge
News readers expect density, speed, and clear sectioning. The product needed to surface many headlines without visual chaos, keep ad and newsletter goals visible, and scale to future CMS-driven content without redesigning the grid.
Our Solution
We implemented a modular editorial system: horizontal rails for breaking topics, vertical stacks per category with view-all links, and a persistent trending column. Typography and spacing follow newspaper rhythm while remaining responsive for mobile readers skimming on transit.
